Sponsorship Levels
Pearl Sponsor: $5,000 – All shucking sponsor benefits, PLUS event would be called “[Name of Sponsor] Oink & Oyster Roast put on by the First Flight Rotary Club,” plus the opportunity for a promotional banner at the event and to put promotional materials on each table; 10 tickets and logos on Outer Banks Voice and all ECRI radio stations. ***Deadline for submission September 15, 2024***
Shucking Sponsor: $1,000 – All Roasting Sponsor benefits, Small Logo on T-Shirt, 2 Oink and Oyster 2 Shirts, PLUS special mention in media and Radio promotions. One table display in tent/vendor area: 6 tickets and logos on Outer Banks Voice. ***Deadline for submission September 15, 2024***
Roasting Sponsor: $500 – All Grilling Sponsor benefits, PLUS your (company supplied) large banner in tent, 1 Oink and Oyster T-Shirt, two items in swag bag; 4 tickets. ***Deadline for submission September 30, 2024***
Grilling Sponsor: $300 – Choice to put your (sponsor-provided), logo banner in tent, one sponsor promo item in swag bag, 1- Oink and Oyster Apron, and mention in Oink & Oyster promotional materials; 2 tickets. ***Deadline for submission September 30, 2024***
Vendor Display/Tent: $200 – Feature your products or services to all attendees.

Item Donation (Door Prize/Raffle Item)- Your product/gift card/item donation will be used to raise funds during the event. Your business will be listed as a donor sponsor on O&O material and signage. ***Deadline for submission September 30, 2024***
All sponsors are subject to review for consistency with the purpose of Rotary. Shucking & Pearl sponsors must receive Board approval.
